Well, I have started to use adcirca for pulmonary hypertension about one year ago and sincerely I now regret that I have ever started to take it. as soon as I started to use it (from the first pill) I have had hallucinations as well as very intense exhaustion and in general I wasn’t feeling fine. moreover, I was staying sleepy most of the time I was on it, I always wanted to stay awake and that it is why I was having a pretty hard time to stay awake for about the first half a month while I was on this drug. Later, after about one month or so since I firstly took adcirca, my bad hallucinations as well as my very intense and severe sleepiness have disappeared almost completely. But, before these side effects have ever disappeared I also started to get some extremely vivid nightmares plus pretty bad disorientation. As I said, I am now taking this drug for one year and the hallucinations and exhaustion never appeared again but even though I have so much time I’m still suffering from these nightmares and from the disorientation and doubtless these symptoms are due to adcirca. I have mentioned these side effects because for me they seem to be the worst from all of them but I also have the most common side effects like for example dizziness, flushing as well as muscle aches. Now the “best” moment is that regarding the pulmonary hypertension I was suffering: it haven’t changed at all and I haven’t noticed any changes. Very bad drug that in one year of taking it, it never gave me any relief from pulmonary hypertension but it gave me numerous negative side effects. I am now thinking that it is the right time of stopping this medication because IMO one year of experiment is too much already. I would like to know if there’s somebody who knows a medication that would really work for pulmonary hypertension. Thank you all and hope my review helped somebody.
