Nocturnal leg cramps! This was my worst nightmare ever! for a couple of years I was suffering from very severe leg cramps during the night time. These cramps were so bad that my veins from my legs were coming out of my skin all over from my toes to my groin area. I no longer have it but I remember how they look at it was TERRIBLE! I am extremely thankful to my supportive husband because due to those cramps and veins I wasn’t unable to walk and my husband was helping me to get to the tub. In that tub my husband was filling the most hot water that I was able to endure and I was sitting there for getting some relief and it really helped me very much along with the pills – I was also using 2 OTC pills for those horrible legs cramps. However, none of them (the hot water and the OTC pills) couldn’t help me with those veins that were popping out and when they got unbelievable severe, my husband almost forcibly took me to a doctor (once again). there we have explained him about everything, we’ve told him that we should do something about the cramps and about the veins that are popping out. I remember that the doctor was sitting there for a couple of minutes and then he suddenly claimed: “I got something that might work, I would give it to you and you try it!”. he said that I need to take a channel blocker. Initially he wasn’t sure if this would help me but he was sure that it was worth to give it a try so I gave it one and now I am very happy. This was a little bit less than 2 years ago! nowadays I am no longer suffering from any leg cramps during the night and I also no longer have any veins that are popping out of my legs. I am recommend it to everyone who has similar problems.
