I realized I suffer from erectile dysfunction. Talking to my friends and my doctor made me realize I was not the only man suffering from this. I use the 100 mg, the generic form and am now able to have great sex again and maintain the erection. Side effect - hot - for a short while - worth the benefits. If taken at night by the next morning it still has an effect.
