This Lantus Solostar has been working just perfectly for me and I’m feeling fine back again! This drug is keeping my blood sugar under control and now I'm finally in normal limits! I like this product very and very much! If there would be a 10 star scale I would definitely give all of them to Lantus. It never let me down and moreover, it is very easy to use! My happiness was just a click away! I was searching for so long time something to work for my high blood sugar numbers and finally Lantus has proven to be my answer. It works just amazing and I could not resist writing a review about it and telling other people about my happiness! Besides great effects it gives and being so easy to use, Lantus is totally painless due to its small needle. I recommend Lantus to everyone with diabetes and always needs insulin. Before Lantus I have a lot of other methods such as other insulin, pills and so on but my sugar was still high or they worked for a very limited time. But now, Lantus is lasting for all 24 hours for me and even few hours more. I have absolutely no side effects and in general, I’m feeling perfectly fine! I just could not believe the results I first saw on my meter! After so many years of searching, studying, doctors visited, and pills taken, I never had such good results! I’m now feeling like I never ever had diabetes and all this thanks to Lantus! If there is also somebody who suffers from diabetes type 2 then don’t wait and hurry to get this medication! It has really made an enormous difference in my life, that’s why I’m very satisfied with this product. Sorry maybe it seems to be a too long review but it’s really awesome!

I was feeling very bad until my doctor diagnosed me with diabetes and before my diagnose I could not understand what is happening and what should I do to stop it. As soon as the doctor put me the diagnose he told me to take lantus right away because it should help. It really did. Few weeks before the doctor understood what’s wrong with me I was always thirsty and I went urinating every 15-20 minutes, my vision was blurry, my tongue bleeding and so on. I literally thought I’m deadly sick. As soon as I took lantus all my symptoms went away and I was feeling back to normal. My blood sugar levels are always stable and normal and I can definitely say it is the safest and safest medicine to keep it under control. I have completely zero side effects which is pure miracle. I’m very happy with this drug! I don’t need to worry about my blood sugar anymore, I don’t need lots of medication in my house and so on. Lantus is everything I need for a healthy way of life for the last 9 months since I realized that I’m diabetic. Whoever suffer from this disease definitely should try it out!

I’m using lantus for about 3 years and it is keeping my blood sugar under control but the side effects are just too much. I have very and very bad night sweats, so bad that I can change my nigh wear up to 2 or 3 times a night. I really doubt that the effects outweigh the side effects.

I’m suffering from diabetes for years and I have taking many drugs but honestly, this medication is one of the worst drugs I have ever taken for my conditions. I have had side effects with other drugs as well but this one makes me feel like a sh*t in every aspect! While I was taking it, I was having my muscles and joint very sore. I could barely walk! Besides that I had a lot of other side effects, severe side effects I would say: I had big troubles with my concentration, I almost got fired from my work because of this. I had problems with sleeping, I was feeling terrible. In addition, Lantus has also changed my mood. On a normal basis I’m usually a happy person, I never suffered from depression and it doesn’t matter how hard life hit me. This drug made me depressed. I could not understand what was going on and why I’m feeling like that. I could stay alone closed in my house for days and it seemed normal for me but I knew that something is wrong. Later I understood that this drug is changing me. I stopped taking this drug immediately as soon as I understood what makes me feel this way! After I discontinued taking it my terrible side effects are slowly disappearing and thanks god that they are not such kind of side effects that remains ever after stopping taking the drug. OK, my blood sugars levels came down and they were under control but the price was too high! The good effects did not outweigh the bad ones so I’m happy that I stopped taking it. I would put a 5 stars to effectiveness and 5 stars to ease to use but 0 stars to satisfaction! Of course, initially, my doctor said that Lantus isn’t responsible for the way I was feeling, now few months later I proved that I was right! Even though I took lots of medications and none of them worked for me I keep hoping that someday I’ll find the right one but now I’m a little tired to be tested by my doctor so I think to visit another one...

This medicine is working purely wonderful for me. It has made me believe in miracles! Before I ever used lantus my blood sugars were jumping and going down like a roller coaster. They were completely out of my control! It was horrible. The numbers were so high some times that they couldn’t even be registered! I’ve been to several doctors and I’ve done everything they told me. They’ve suggested me a lot of other medications and a lot of other things but no success. I was taking R and N insulin but in those times I was having extremely highs and extremely lows numbers with my blood sugars. It was a chaos. Since I’m taking lantus, my blood sugar levels finally seem to normalize. I take lantus mixed with Humalog and since I’m taking these 2 medications, most of the bad experiences I was having, stopped and never returned so far. I just have to be careful with the hypoglycemic events with the Humalong I am taking now. So far, I don’t have any bad words to say about this medication. It has stopped my chaotic blood sugar levels and I don’t have any side effects from it. In fact, the mix of these two insulins is the everything and only thing that helped me with my condition but trust me I’ve tried out almost everything. You name it – I was on it. Now, I’ve finally found what I’ve been looking for all these years! 5 stars out of 5 for lantus!

i was suffering from hypoglycemia almost all my life but then it switched to diabetes type 2 when I got my menopause. Doctor firstly recommended me metformin, he said to take 500 mg 4 times a day. However, it keep my blood sugar under control only if I stick to an atkins diet, otherwise it gets high. The problem is that I am an addict to sugar and I have always been. When I started to eat sweets and carbs my blood sugar ranged from 400 to 500 so I was forced to switch my medication. Doctor said to start with lantus. Currently I am taking 40 units in the A.M. and 30 units in the P.M. at first I used the pen but I had jam up 2 of them so I changed to the vial and the syringe. When I stick to low carbs my blood sugar is less than 150 but I have a feeling that it would be so even without this insulin. Here are the side effects I noticed: I gained about 20 pounds in less than a month immediately after I started to take the medication even though I was trying to lose weight at that time. I also had intermittent chills without fever. Another one is water retention. And the last one that scares me the most is increase in resting pulse by at least 20 points. I am worried about it because I’m afraid of an possible congestive heart failure the fluid retention and a faster heart rate. I’ve been to my doctor and he said that there’s no signs of heart disease at the moment but I’m afraid that it can appear at any moment. Here is some more symptoms I have that can be linked to this drug: some troubles urinating, joint pains and occasional anxiety. I’m afraid that this drug could have a relationship with cancer but this is only my theory. Hope I’m wrong and this would be a good medication.

It is difficult to use this drug. I’m a diabetic and I found it difficult to regulate the dosage of this drug at the beginning. I don’t know how about you but my blood sugar basis was always different. At the beginning I started to take 65 units per day better before the bedtime but after some weeks I started to take 83 units because the sugar level on my blood was 350 units. I decided that it is very important to know this information. For example at the beginning when I just started to use Lantus I didn’t knew about this and I have had some side effects such as headaches and sometimes I felt my stomach hurt, a strange sensation like this pain will provoke me nausea. Then after I explained to my doctor what happened to me he controlled my blood’s sugar level and found out this thing. So be careful when you administrate this drug, it can be dangerous if you use more than you need.

Hi guys. I’m diabetic and I have this problem for more than 20 years. During this time I administrated different kind of thing that my doctor prescribed to me, even metformin 1000 mg 2 times a day. I started to administrate Lantus some years ago. I can’t say that it has some negative effects on your health but I will want you to know that the most important thing that you have know before starting to use this drug is that you have to take under control your blood sugar. At the beginning when I just started to use Lantus I noticed that I didn’t want to eat during the day. There were some days when I could eat nothing all day long without feeling hungry. I spoke about this with my doctor that explained that it’s due to the fact that the basis of my blood sugar is changing during the day and that the dosage of Lantus depends on it. For example in my case my blood sugar during the night was 350 units so my dosage was 82 much more than during the morning. In case you administrate less than your blood sugar units, it simply doesn’t work. So check out your blood sugar level before starting to use this drug.
