If you suspect pseudomembranous colitis, you should immediately cancel levofloxacin. In such cases you should not use drugs that suppress intestinal motility.

Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Levaquin may cause dizziness. Avoid hazardous activities if dizziness is present.

Patients should avoid alcohol during Levaquin therapy.
