Does low doses of generic Cialis work well? How many mg do you boys use?

have tried 20 mg Cialis and it works great.
afterward I talked to my doctor to prescribe for me these tablets and she said that I need no more than 10 mg per week
It is possible 10 mg Cialis does work not so well as increased doses of this medication?
I saw there is 100+ mg per tablet and what's the difference?
what do you think can I take two tablets of 10 mg to get better effect or it not work
any help appreciated
