Eating just 300 calories per day

Hi everyone! I have problems with my food habits. Not so long ago I decided to lose weight because I considered myself too fat. With time I was eating just 300 calories per day. I know that this is not so good but I seriously found this way very comfortable, not just for lose weight but also I feel better eating like that. I have no problems with my heath, just my blood pressure is a little low but in general I’m okay. I also do exercises every day home and also at gym. I have lost 6 pounds and I have to lose other 12 pounds to get the weight that I want. I feel myself in control with the food but I’m a little scared not to become an anorexic. So what do you think, is this possible? Should I be worried about this?

Hi! I have the same problem. I’m also on a low calories diet. I eat 400 calories per day or sometimes even less. 2 years ago I had an accident and I started to gain weight. So after this I started to feel myself embarrassed about my body and also mortify to go to gym, because every time I think that all the people there will look at me. Also I feel myself embarrassed to wear a swimming costume. I do some exercises at home, but I have 4 kids and also I have my farm of horses. Before the accident I rode sometimes them but today I really can’t do this. I know is very strange but after everything that I passed I really don’t care anymore about what consequences my diet could lead to. I really want to look good, so I’ll do everything for it. I didn’t lost so much but I want to lose more, and hope that this will happen someday.
