Hi everyone! I have problems with my food habits. Not so long ago I decided to lose weight because I considered myself too fat. With time I was eating just 300 calories per day. I know that this is not so good but I seriously found this way very comfortable, not just for lose weight but also I feel better eating like that. I have no problems with my heath, just my blood pressure is a little low but in general I’m okay. I also do exercises every day home and also at gym. I have lost 6 pounds and I have to lose other 12 pounds to get the weight that I want. I feel myself in control with the food but I’m a little scared not to become an anorexic. So what do you think, is this possible? Should I be worried about this?
