I can't have a deep breath, suggestions?

This is really strange, some days ago I couldn’t breathe normally. I mean that the only thing that I could do is to breathe shortly and very fast. I tried to do some deep breathes but it was very hard. I also tried to yawn because I thought that this could help me to pass over this situation. The things got worse after trying this yawn tactic because after this I noticed that I started to yawn without controlling this and now this thing makes me feel uncomfortable. There is something else; I started to take the birth control pill in that day when I had this strange feeling for the first time. I don’t know if it is linked with my breath difficulties but this pills are one month expired, I asked my doctor if there will be something wrong but he said that it’s okay and that I can use this pills. I’m really very desperate about this thing and I don’t know how to react now. I would like to stop this sensation and to feel myself better. Can somebody tell me what is going on? Do I have to be worried about this or it’s nothing strange?

Hey calm down and don’t worry. It’s a common thing and you don’t have to be scared. For example I experience this every time I’m stressed. For the first time I started to have this at the age of 8 due to the anemia. My doctor said that today I have no problems anymore but the situation in which I experience this kind of feelings are due to the fact that I’m stressed after some time I really convinced myself that it’s really because of stressful situations.  I recommend you anyway to do some exams to control your heath but in my opinion there is nothing to worry about. Hey I would like to ask you if you smoke. Because for example I have this situation for more that 3 months and I also thought that it was because of stress, in reality when I visited a specialist he said that I have to quit because if I continue I’ll have difficult problems in breathing. I don’t have tumors or things like this but he said that in my situation is better to quit. So there are 3 weeks that I don’t smoke anymore and I feel much better. So if you smoke I recommend you to speak with your doctor and to find out what is this. If is not about cigarettes than maybe it’s about stress.
