Hi Thom. Unfortunately, I am not able to suggest you on which one you should purchase, however, I am able to tell you something about my own experience that I have had with all those 3 sex enhancement pills that you have mentioned. Well, let me start with a little bit of background of them. all of them are supposed to have the same active ingredient that it is found in Viagra: the sildenafil citrate. Having this said, all of them should have the exact same effects (since the same ingredient is found in all 3), however, from my own experience I can tell you that this is not exactly like that (even though, initially I’ve been thinking that there should not be any difference). Next,Viagra is available in pills of 100 mg, of 50 mg as well as 25 mg.
You should remember that these are some different chemicals than those found in Cialis (there is tadalafil) or those that are found in Levitra (there is vardenafil) and this is the reason why they would have various and different side effects also would have different potency with different individuals. Even so, all of them are having the similar biological effects (all of those named above are all PDE 5 inhibitors) and they are increasing blood flow to the user’s penis.
I have purchased each one of those that you have named at the 100 mg strength in form of pills in order to make a comparison and to my “calculations” I think that Silagra (which is made and it is also sold by Cipla) is the most similar or most equivalent to the brand name Viagra while I have noticed (at least for me) that Suhagra (which is made by Cheminnova Pharmaceuticals but it is also sold by Cipla) to be only half as potent as Viagra (or somewhere near). Talking about their physical aspects, these 2 were looking exactly the same, identical only expect their colors which were different. The drug Kamagra (which is made by Ajanta Pharma) also, to me, seemed to be having a lower potency. By the way, I have heard of the Kamagra gel and I have decided to give it a try which I have noticed to have a foul tasting, it is absolutely no faster in achieving the effects and it is much less easily to separate into 2 doses (or more if you want). Either way, I need to mention one more time that the measures I have made of potency are mine, as a simple user, this is why they might be highly subjected that are based only on the biological effect that I have had from using only half a pill of each one of them. you should know that I have in no way chemically analyzed any of the pills.
Oh yeah, I have tried once the pill Caverta (which is made by Ranbaxy) and for me it seemed to perform pretty similar to Viagra too.
I am, by no means, a physician so I am not able to recommend as to what is going to be more suitable to you, but, I think that your own urologist or physician could be able to give you a sample packs of the following 3 brand name drugs: Viagra, Levitra and Cialis in order to find out which one of the 3 is working better for you and at the same time to establish which dose is most appropriate for you. here again, I can’t know for sure, but I assume that you have already done this and stick with the sildenafil citrate, since you have posted only names of pills that contains sildenafil citrate.
So, having all that said, if I would be you and I would purchase now sildenafil citrate tablets now then I one would purchase genuine brand Viagra in case it is affordable for me (you can get them from nearly everywhere). In case the first one is too expensive for me then I would consider the second choice which is either Silagra or Caverta. In case I won’t be able to afford these ones either or I could not find them somehow (you can find them on Planet Drugs Direct or ProgressiveRx) then I would go for the 3rd option which is Suhagra. Don’t forget that all of them need a valid prescription. I wish you good luck
(and by the way, I am not selling anything and I don’t care which drug manufacturer you would choose or if you would purchase them at all – I only wanted to help you find them).
