looking for a plan diet

Hello I’m 25 years old and I’m looking for a diet plan. I’m looking for a simple diet plan, which is low cost food wise. I started to do some exercises 3 weeks ago. Just some simple work outs, nothing serious and some jogging. I would like to know maybe somebody can recommend me some good workouts and a good and simple diet.I don’t know where to start and I’m a little bit confused.

Hello Dound and welcome to our forum. I f you wanna lose weight you have to eat healthy food. I know that it is not easy to lose weight but for achieving this you have to eat more vegetarian food like fresh fruits or veggies and drinks like fresh juice and green tea. Also if you will avoid fast food, sugar, fat and fries it will help you to bust your metabolism and to reach your goal: to lose weight. Obviously you have also to exercise (a lot) and to sleep well. Plan your lifestyle and I’m sure that you’ll get better, good luck and be healthy.
