Hello all, is here anyone who can help me with an advice? I am with no doubt an excessive masturbator and for last months i am having problems with this. I am 31 years old male and shameful I have to admit that I am masturbating since early years of my life. All my life, on average I am masturbating at least one time a day, of course sometimes more but less likely that it happens less than one time. The problem which occured now is that I find it very difficult to have a fully hard erection and last time the more I masturbate the harder is to do it more in one day, which I understand it is a side effect. I think I am too young to have this problem at this age. Usually now is a very weak erection compared to what I used to know how it was. Also, recently I have noticed that it comes a clear semen sometimes. I think I can handle it and there is still hope for me because I still have a less or more a decent erection but only in some mornings, but anyway, not as hard as I used to have. I am so frustrated because I didn't have a rock hard erection in months now, but finally I am in a serious relationship and it is a real problem. For the first time I had sex recently and it was far as good as I expected it to be. I had very little pleasure and I think she had simulated her orgasms. The possibility of being unable to have sex soon is a real stress for me which just make it worse. I am really scared because I can't have a hard rock erection during masturbation nor during sexual intercourse and it will have a very negative influence on my relationship. At only 31 it is painful not to enjoy sex or not to have it at all. But I hope I will have an active sexual life and this made me spend some time on the internet finding some answers on excessive masturbation. I found that it sides effects can lead to impotence and erectile dysfuntion, this defines my weak erection. I want to know if it is permanent or it can be treated? Maybe I have done a irremediably damage and I will have to buy drugs further all my life? Or maybe if I will try to stop masturbating or at least to do it but significantly less after some time my body will strengthen and finally I will have a hard erection? Is there anyone who can answer these questions? Or maybe you have some recommendations for me? Please, any opinion is welcome

Hey man, I cannot help you since I have the same issue as you, I was just wondering how do you feel now? I've done something about it? Also, in addition I have fatigue, memory loss and eye floatering, do you have these symptoms too, because what you've described up there it's very familiar to me? Or we have something different?

hey, i am 25 yrs old i have a problem with controlling my masturbation.. i am an overmasturbator for yrs already, i do masturbate at least once a day but obviously there are days when i do it more and more! i cannot remember the last days when i didn't masturbated.. whenever i am doing it i get the pleasure but after it every single time i regret doing this.. lately i find it hard to maintain an erection and this is ruining my life completely. i have no problem keeping it hard while masturbating but i also started my sexual life recently and my problem is that i can't keep it hard enough for penetration during sexual act. we have tried two weeks already every day in a row but nothing seems to work out. i try keeping it hard to penetrate and but within few minutes it goes completely down and that's the end of my sexual act. if i can name it so. i am very and very disappointed in myself and very frustrated that this is happening at this age. i am scared that i wont be able to have sex in my life.. also i am sure that within few weeks she will leave me if everything is going to go like that. i guess my only option is to visit a doctor and to hope that he have something that will help me. i am desperate.. if someone will help me he is going to be my super hero!

What are you talking here is the exact same problem I used to have since I was 20. I'm having this bad erectile dysfunction and I'm really low in self-confidence now. I used to masturbate at least one time per day for many years. I first masturbated when I was about 11 or 12 and I've been addicted to it when I was 13. Since that I masturbated 2 or 3 times a day. This is too bad because, as I said, at the age of 20 I'm not able to maintain a erection anymore. I'm pretty sure that masturbation and porn did this. There was a time when having sex was just fine and I didn't have any problems with that. That was when I was 17 when I first had sex and it was something new for me. 3 years of having sex (while masturbating too) it's not as new at it was so I found it really hard to be as hard as I used to be. Nowadays I barely can get an erection when I'm masturbating but when it comes to have sex it's going limp. I have to concentrate very and very hard to reach an orgasm. It is a lot of work for me, I'm so tired after sex that I fall asleep within a minute. I noticed that the more I masturbate the harder it is for me to reach an orgasm during sex. And if I masturbate with porn it makes sex reaaaaaally boring and less fun. I guess we all should stop these activites (especially the porn part) and maybe we still have chances of getting our erection back. What I'm afraid is that maybe I damaged the nerves in the tip of my penis because it doesn't seem as sensitive as it used to be. That's going to be the end of my sex life at such a young age and that is pain, true pain.

hello everyone, someone can tell me what can I do as a woman to help my man with this problem? I really feel that I can do something, but I just don't know what! The worst part is that I have dated a man already, he was 43 and he said that he is having a hard time of maintaining a hard rock erection because he was masturbating all his life about 2 times a day EVERY single day! and every time it came to enter inside of me his penis went lump immediately. now I'm dating another man, 36 years old and again he is having erectile dysfunction! when he said this I could not believe! I just can't believe I have so little luck in having sex with a man who doesn't have a ED. I think that 36 years old is already TOO young to have erectile dysfunction. He also said that is having troubles with maintaining a hard erection because he is an excessive masturbator since early ages! should I do something to make him stop masturbating? or something else that can give him a full erection? I'm really getting tired of this and I start having thoughts of being a lesbian :D LOL

Hey everyone, I'm not a doctor but I have studied a little bit about this and I can tell you one thing: all you are saying that you have sexual dysfunction or any other medical issues and in my opinion this isn't accurate. You should consider that maintaining a hard erection you don't need to have only good physical condition but spiritual and psychological as well. What I'm trying to say is that many of you don't have any physical troubles but only some psychological anxieties so you should consider them in the first place. I can even tell you this by my own experience. I had periods when I was feeling down and depressed and in those times I barely could perform a sexual intercourse and it doesn't matter how hard I was trying or how bad I wanted to do it. I will tell you more: yes, you should be in a normal physical condition to maintain an erection but sexual desire is the most important thing. Maybe you really want it, but your sub consciousness doesn't let you. You can check the physical condition of your organs by visiting a doctor and if he says that everything is alright then you have 99.99% that indeed everything is alright and everything you need to do is to "relax" and to feel the pleasure. I really don't think that over masturbation has something to do with this - if you relax you can achieve pleasure. well, maybe it really has something but over masturbation can affect only your psychological condition. Physically, it doesn't matter if you're masturbating or you're maintaining an intercourse, the actual difference is only psychological, that is why if you can masturbate then obviously you have the ability to maintain an intercourse. A physical dysfunction is a much rare case and the good part is that it can be treated but you should be psychologically confident in yourself and you should be pleased by your partner, in such cases hard erection and satisfaction will appear by their own. I'm sure many of you read somewhere "low libido", libido means only a spiritual thing. I really hope you've understood me. Well, sorry for the long post but I want to make you understand. To understand me better here's an example from my experience. One day I was kinda bored to have sex with my girlfriend that I'm dating for three years now. We had sex that night but I hardly achieved the orgasm and I was feeling that something is wrong. That sex wasn't good at all. The next day I accidentaly met a girl that I consider her really hot. We talked for about an hour and even though I don't cheat on my girlfriend, my libido was awaken back again. Even if I wanted to have sex with that girl I wouldn't do it, but she helped me somehow. That night my girlfriend waited for home. She easily aroused me and we had a great sex! The point is that physically I was perfectly fine, psychological factor (libido) did the thing. I really hope that I helped at least some of you! Good luck with it!
