size zero patch

I would like to ask if anyone tried this size zero patch. I heard many time about it but found nothing in internet that can explain the information normally, so I decided to ask here, maybe there is anybody that can help me with this problem with a real feedback about it.

Hey, I tried this thing, I ordered it few weeks ago and now I’m in day 4 of a 15 day regimen. I haven’t lost weight in this days but I decided to continue to the end to see if there will be some results too. If I lose no weight I will ask them to refund my money, but I really hope that we won’t get to that and everything is going to be as expected! Until then I cannot say anything.
