Viagra vs Cialis

If I should choose between Viagra and Cialis, I would def go for Cialis, that because of the following factors:
Duration – Cialis can work up to 36 hours, Viagra for up to 4 only
Effectivenes – Cialis is ready in less than 20 minutes, you cannot go faster earlier than at least 35 with Viagra
Side effects – Mild headaches associated with Cialis, while facial flushing, blurred vision, crazy headaches are all associated with Viagra
Alcohol interaction – No alcohol when taking Viagra but green light for Cialis
Food – no fat/greasy food for Viagra but everything you ever want with Cialis

Been there, done that, Cialis in my choice!

I tried both Generic and brand Viagra, the only difference was in price. I first purchased Brand Viagra and it really helped boost my sexual activity, then a friend of mine advised to try Indian generic Viagra. At first I was a little worried, but the drug had same effects on me like the brand one, so why pay double if there’s the difference in manufacturers only? I don’t go to regular pharmacies any more, I order online, it’s cheaper and I don’t need any prescriptions and stuff.

I’m 42 and I’m a widower for 8 years. I thought that my sexual issues were due to physical reasons because I wasn’t able to have a firm erection and properly ejaculate with several women. I even tried Cialis, it somehow enhaced my sexual abilities, however, I was a mess in the end. Later I met a woman I fell inlove with, we discussed about my sexual troubles, she was very supportive and then my erectile problems were simply gone. I do still take 20 mg Cialis because it helps me throughout the process, and I don’t experience any serious side effects. I understood that Cialis is not an aphrodisiac or a pill that can solve your inner frustrations, but it is the pill that truly keeps your body awake when you need it.

I’m happily married to a wonderful woman with whom I have 2 kids. My wife normally gets pregnant pretty fast, we were working on it for 1-2 months before she brought the good news. The problem started when we decided to go for a 3rd child. Maybe because of the stress, age, I’m 40 now, I found it hard to ejaculate. We followed an ovulation calendar, and it seemed impossible for me to reach the point in those days. We were trying much longer than usual, after 10 months my wife and I started to think I should search for a medical help. My doctor prescribed Viagra, good stuff, I had it hard all the time, but I could barely feel any pleasure, it was like wearing few condoms… and again, no ejaculation. One day I went to a sexshop and they advised to try Satibo. The effects were same as with Viagra, my penis was hard as a rock but I could feel! Since then I use Satibo cause it was the thing that solved my personal problem. And the happy thing is that we’re pregnant again! Mission accomplished :)

Different drugs have different effects on people. From my own experience i can say that Viagra works better for me than Cialis. I've been using Viagra for always, and it never failed me. When I switched to Cialis, I had a semi erection for the following 36 hours, which was awkward. So I decided to stick to my old friend Viagra.

Hi adata34, my experience with generic products was positive. The pills i received were different from the original in shape, color and size a bit, but that's normal, different manufacturers do it differentky.  But i know people who happened to get couterfeit products. I read a lot about the products and the online pharmacies, made a little research to be sure i will not get screwd up... I don't think the fake pills are dangerus, they are just effectless, you just throw your money to the garbage. If it's the first time taking impotence pills, i would go for the original ones, just to know exactly what the effects should be. You need to remember that same medicine may have different effects of different people. So yeah, i would first try to brand product, see how it works on me, then buy the generic, just to make sure the generic has same effects. I hope it all makes sense. ::) LOL

Hello everyone here, I would like to get an advice if someone have an answer for me please. I am 65 years old male, for the past 4-5 years I have been taking viagra for 100 mg and it worked perfectly every time (fully hard and lasting erection). But for the last week (we've tried 2 times) the 100 mg does not gave me the usual hard enough erection to penetrate my partner. I have visited my urologist and he has told me to take 150 even 200mg (if needed) at a time. I do worry a little bit about such a high dose (I have the age already). I want some advices, should I switch from such high dose of viagra to 100mg of cialis? Maybe it will have a better effect? Or maybe someone already take a dose of 150 to 200 mg of viagra in my age? I've heard that 100 mg of viagra was max. or isn't? What should I do? I want my sexual life back! Any opinions will be welcome. Thanks

Hey iKenny, I always thought that 100mg of viagra is enough and should be sufficient, but if your doctor said to take more than 100mg then I don't think you have something to worry about, a doctor know what he is saying...probably! Viagra can take longer to have an effect after you eat high fat meal such as fish, french fries and others! You can try to switch to generic viagra professional, I heard that they are much better! I'm personally taking viagra and I'm pleased with its effects, but I cannot say something about Cialis because I never tried it and I don't need it. I'm buying them online so if you are not afraid, try buying online too, very good products. We can talk about it if you want, just let me know!

Hello Kenny and everyone out there! I recommend you the same as your doctor, Kenny. I am 64 and as you I have been taking 100 mg in the past few years. Some months ago 100 mg does not gave me hard enough erection and I couldn't enter my partner at all. As you I consulted a doctor and he gave me the same recommendation as koko's; to switch to generic viagra, it is about 150 mg of viagra. Now 150 mg give me stronger and lasting erection, good enough to penetrate and to keep a whole sexual act which lasts about 10 minutes. After taking it within about 20 minutes I have a firm erection. Personally I recommend viagra, and for you Kenny I recommend to listen to your doctor because for me it worked just fine, I didn't found any problems with this so I guess you won't find too. Me and my wife fully enjoy our sex life since I take viagra. I hope everything will be just fine and you will recover your sex life back. Try to switch to generic and post the results here, I'm sure they will be positive. Good luck and enjoy every moment with your wife, have fun.

Hello one more time! Today I was ready to have sex and I've tried one more time to get an erection with my usual 100 mg of viagra but unfortunately I've got the same result as expected, so now I completely give up on it and want to try something new. Thank you for your really useful post platemale, I will follow your advice and take 150 mg and hope I will get the same results as yours. Anyway I want to ask you, do you feel good and not having any kind of problems? because I am still a little worried about it. Thanks one more time

Hi all, I am new here on this forum, but I would appreciate some help. I understand that for different people, viagra and cialis work differently? For some months I find it difficult to maintain a good lasting erection and these days I thought about medical help. I found out that viagra and cialis are the two best drugs for treating my problem but I didn't figure out what product really is the best? I read your and others feedback and the anwers were approx. 50/50. I don't know yet what the best is for me. Should I try first one of them and after some time the other one? Or it can cause a side effect? A solution someone please?

Hello Kenny, I’m not a doctor nor a specialist but my urologist also approved the dose of 150 mg of Viagra so I think the max amount is what your doctor approves and if he said 150 it’s going to work fine. I’m relatively big strong man and for the past 3 years I take 150 mg and it still doesn’t give me the hard erection I used to have when I was in full strength. Anyway I’m generally healthy without any known health issues and I still can maintain a sexual act. I recommend you to talk about it with your doctor and to say that you are in doubt about it so he can explain you everything. Good luck you with that ;)

I would like to let you know my story and maybe it is going to help someone. I am 62 years old and have been taking Viagra over 10 years, first time I started to take 50 mg, few years later 100 mg and now I'm taking 125 mg. I take half tablet of 150 mg of generic plus half of 100 mg and I use the scissor to cut the tablet over a small piece of soft, clean paper tissue (just in case someone is wondering how to do this). I start taking the 125 mg about 4 months ago because the 100 mg failed those months to give me the hardness I used to have and to maintain full erection after penetration. I consulted my doctor about it, explained that it went limp after penetration and he said I need to go for 125 mg in order to have it back. Now the 125 mg dosage gives me satisfactory results and I hope it will keep like that for few years more. However, I have not yet tried the 150 mg dosage and I can't give you any feedback but I would recommend all of you to try 125 mg (the same method as mine) if 100 mg isn't helping you out instead of 150 mg.

I am a diabetic and I take medications for it and I have also taken Viagra for many years now. I weigh pretty much so initially I didn’t know if the dose of 50 mg would work on me. It worked but over the years I could experience that this dosage is not enough for me as the time passes. I’ve visited a doctor who said I can take 100 mg. One or two years later this dosage also started to lose its effectiveness. Later I had to raise it up until 150 mg and this dosage seemed to provide me with an erection but it wasn’t strong enough for me to maintain a sexual intercourse so I’ve made it up to 200 mg. Still now, I’m taking this dose of 200 mg, it gives me a strong rock erection, and it is lasting very long time and sometimes I can even have another erection the next morning too. I don’t know if the generic Indian are as good as the others but I have good effects and absolutely no side effects from it. I don’t know for sure if my dosage had to be raised up over the time because I was getting more used to this drug or because of my age but I’m glad that it works well now. I’ve tried other things and it seems that nothing works on me as well as this one.
