Generally it seems that zinc helps you with a lot of dermatitis conditions. Like for example, I am suffering from seborrheic dermatitis and I have been told to use zinc tablets on a daily basis. I have been said that it is having anti inflammatory as well as anti microbial properties which is essential in dermatitis conditions of nearly any type. There are also a lot of the shampoos that are also containing zinc and this is the exact reason as to why they contain zinc, and also this is the reason why those shampoos are working for curing or treating sebderm. As much as I understood (I am not a doc so I might be wrong) I think that the main thing what the zinc is doing is to reduce the inflammation of the skin cells this is why it is so important for people suffering from a derm condition. We should take care on having enough zinc. I do know very well that I surely not getting enough zinc in my food on a daily basis that’s why I am trying to fulfill it with a vitamin pill that I can get from this product. Maybe this would help others as well.

JOSEPH is right, I mean, zinc is really working for acne and it is an awesome product. I have visited my regular dermatologist under my insurance and I have also been to 2 difference EXPENSIVE dermatologists that I have paid out of pocked a lot of money so they could help me but none of them helped and none of them told me anything about zinc. I have been having chemical peels and everything only except for the Accutane. After a lot of failures I have went back to my regular dermatologist and I was begging him to do something else about it but everything he has done prescribed me a higher dosage of those topical creams and sent me home… that’s ridiculous! I am so mad with them because I am 99% sure that they do know about zinc very well (they are dermatologists, they should know) however they only wanted to prescribe me that crap and to keep me like that in order to make more money. I have found out about zinc from one of my mother’s friends. She said that she has also been suffering from acne when she has been in my age (I’m in my 20’s, she is 40-42 years old) and she said that zinc cured her acne. So, as much as I can see, zinc for acne has been around for no less than 20 years but I think that it has been a method of curing zinc for a longer time. I have been suffering from cystic acne that has been painful and it was itchy. Tried this thing and now everything I am getting is only a few of small pimples before my period and not before every period but once in a while. Besides, my scars are also healing (FINALLY!!!). I have been taking zinc for a couple of months now but I have started to see a major improvement within the first few weeks of using it. and by the way, I am taking 30 mg per day of it. I am now no longer going to visit my dermatologist ever. I understood that they only want to make money out of people and they, actually, don’t really care about your condition but about your money. all I can say is that I am joining JOSEPH’s words and I also recommend each one of you to try zinc if you are suffering from acne and it seems that nothing else works. Zinc really changed my life and I am very thankful to the company who made them and I am also infinitely thankful to my mother’s friend. Happily, I am having a life now. I feel that I live, because it was impossible to happily live with acne. It was so bad that I did not even wanted to go out of my house. I’m a girl and a girl with acne is nothing fun. A man with acne is bad, but it is not as bad as a girl is. I have even been embarrassed about my acne so bad that I did not even looked for a job because I was thinking that they won’t hire me because of this issue. I had a feeling that everybody is looking at my acne when talking with me (even if they weren’t). believe me, you do not need to play around with all of those extremely pricey topical creams and antibiotics. If you are suffering from acne – go straight for zinc. I’m the 2nd person (I know) who finds this thing extremely beneficial, with JOSEPH we are already 3. Pretty sure it works for everybody.

So well, I am suffering from severe acne, I guess as anybody here who is looking for this product. But, the point is that I have had such type of acne that I you are not getting simple pimples, it is so severe that I am getting painful little nodules under my skin (they are all concentrated on and I have a lot of them around my forehead) and they are taking extremely much time for them to reach the surface and most of them are leaving scars on my skin and that’s even if I am not popping them out. my situation, in short, was horrible. Lots of them, all concentrated, painful, leaving scars, etc. etc. etc. of course I have been trying hard to deal with it but I couldn’t do it no matter how hard I was trying. I have used a lot of prescription creams and pill from different docs (as well as dermatologists of course). I have even tried that little zapit machine that everybody around was claiming that it would help but in the past – it didn’t as it had no effects at all on my severe acne. I need to say that I did found one product to work for me, it was a prescription antibiotic, however, the problem was that I needed to take it quite often of I wanted to stay away from the acne, otherwise it appeared back. I have been 2 years on that antibiotic and I knew that it is bad for my health to be so much time on antibiotics but I simply accepted it… until one day my doc said that I really should stop using it because I can end bad otherwise. Throughout a ton of searching, I have found this product and I have thought: for such a price I doubt that it would harm to give it a shot. I have ordered this thing one month ago and now, one month later, I can happily tell you all that my severe acne outbreaks (they have been occurring every week like a clock or something) have drastically reduced! I have started to notice that those nodules and pimples all around me started to be less and less frequent in less than a few weeks after being on this product, however I need to say that they are still appearing (but I guess that with time they are going to completely subside). The point is that today is one full weeks since I have not had any new pimples and nodules and this is an extremely big success. I also have to mention here that I do wash my face every single day with organic tea tree oil as well as I am using tea tree oil on my face, however, I have been doing this months before I started to take this product and they have not been proving me with big success. (but it is still a good thing in cleaning the skin). Having all of this said I guess I don’t have to mentioned that I am very pleased with how this thing work and that I do recommend it to everybody who is suffering from acne. I know that there are people who doesn’t like to take pills daily. For me this isn’t a problem. after all, I don’t like to live with acne, compared to take daily pills… that’s a lot of a difference. I think that whoever really wants to take care of their skin seriously then they should try out this thing. besides, this zinc supplement is recommended to treat cold and it is boosting your immune system. Not sure if that’s true, but as it helped me with the acne, there are no reasons why I should not believe them. for those suffering from acne: watch out for coffee, cleanse your face no less than 2 times a day, use some sun screen, it is very preferably to use moisturizers oil free, it is extremely important not to touch your face (I know that it can be hard…), you should watch out for your food intake as well as you should reduce the stress. And generally… believe in yourself. It is important… good luck to you all.
