Placed an order on 1-28. As of 3-7 had not received package so emailed company. Got a response that the post office had attempted to deliver but nobody there to sign for, so it was returned. Their website specifically states that they use unregistered mail and does not require a signature. In follow up communications they refused to refund my money, and also refused to reship the package- even though i offered to pay for shipping to resend. They assert that once shipped out their obligation is fulfilled and would do nothing to remedy the situation. This could simply be poor customer service, but their refusal to resend the package at my expense makes me wonder what happens to the returned items (are they reselling them out to other people?). I also have no way to verify that the proper pills/amounts were actually sent, and obviously cant speak to quality of product. 100% satisfaction per their website?. Not hardly!
They don't follow their own shipping policies, have no follow-up communications with customers, and engage in shady business practices in general with no ability or willingness to correct any errors.
Strongly advise against ordering from this site. If you do, at the least buy shipping insurance.. Maybe they will not try to take advantage of you as much.
