Losing weight while taking Seroquel

so well, I am not very sure if you can lose weight in the time you are taking Seroquel, however, I just really want to be honest here, and that’s why I think that you can do it. anyway, as I said, not sure what about losing weight, but I do know for sure that you can keep it. so, as a thin adult who has grown up as a chubby child, I have to tell you that you really need to be responsible and to take the proper responsibility for what you are putting in your mouth. After all, it is all your fault or all your merit. Yeah, I do have to agree with the fact that one of the seroquel’s trademark, most common and affecting a lot of people out there side effect it is the carbohydrate craving, however, even so, you still can choose to ignore it, to fight with it and to still eating responsibly. Everybody should be responsible for each of our decision, what we eat, where we go, what we take, with whom we’re talking to etc. so, you ate that – be responsible for doing that.

do you know what it is really working in order to become slim and to stay slim? Most of you don’t, but there really is a method of doing that, even if you’re taking Seroquel or any other anti psychotic drug, and the method is very simple you have to completely and totally remove sugar out of your diet. Completely. And that’s including grains, which your body is very quickly going to covert to simple sugar anyway. what has been said up there is surely true, as soon as you are going to stop from eating the “crap” food then you are simply going to stop craving for it, and it definitely does not matter on which drugs you’re on. your body is craving for what you’re giving to it. you give it crap? It will crave for crap. So just stop eating crap. Be responsible. And replace sugar with some healthy fats as for example coconut, tree nuts, eggs, avocado, organic butter, dairy, fish and meat. But the most important, the essential, the basic and the foundation of your entire diet need to be vegetables, in most of the cases as well as some low sugar fruits. You have to be very careful what you’re eating. again, you have to be responsible.

And yeah, I do take Seroquel, I am taking 100 mg of it every single night and I am staying slim only by following the advice that I have given above. there’s nobody and nothing that can make you lose weight and/or stay on your current weight but you. you’re the only one. and since, as you can see, I am not the only person here saying that it is possible losing and maintain weight on Seroquel, then it must be true, don’t you think? I wish you good luck…

Hello bannerman, I have read this:

“I have also added there L glutamine to my every day supplement intake. it is very and very necessary for you to take a lot much more than the dosage that is being recommended on the label. and another important thing that I can tell you (what I have been recommended and as you can see, did worked for me) is that you always need to use the powdered and not the pills of L glute. but I do recommend to take this powdered form of L glute and in bigger amounts than said on label. Since I lost some weight, I assume that you must lose some weight as well. you need to take about 15 to 20 GRAMS every single day. this is approximately 3 to 5 times more than the amount of 1 serving, it is mostly depending on which brand you decide to purchase from. “

And to be honest I really think that this is an amazing advice! I am surely going to try it out myself. I just wanted to ask you, are you purchasing it at a drugstore, with the herbal remedies or not? where are you getting it from? I really hate the weight that I have gained right now, and to be honest I do not have a great self control. In fact, I pretty much lack of self control. Someone has said that they ate oatmeal, but I really need butter and sugar. Oh well, I do not exactly “need” it, however if I do otherwise it really tastes icky and I can’t tolerate it. this is pretty much coming down to how much are you ready to “suffer” out of it in order to lose weight (unfortunately, I can’t be sure if another word than “suffer” has to be here). but personally for me, honestly, to cut out sugar means that I have to suffer. and also, I have another question, I am always hearing people say that you need to cut out soda completely and maybe it is true but what about the diet soda? Isn’t it supposed to be for people like us? For those who are on a “diet”?! in case I am also supposed to remove the diet soda from my diet, then what else I am allowed to drink (of course, besides water, which is obvious, lol)? I want to know whether is nutrasweet or maybe some other sweeteners fine? but also, bannerman, there’s another thing that I would really like to know: do you have any side effects from using the L glutamine or not? I mean, when you are taking it at the higher doses than needed? I have been trying the melatonin and getting killer headaches and I guess this is the main reason why I am getting nervous about the side effects of it.

There are also some more things that I would like to discuss about, like for example, is there anybody who has tried kickboxing at a real boxing area? Does it help? I have been wanting to go in there either because I do know that I can lose some weight there, but the paradox is that I would want to lose some weight firstly (and yeah, I do know that this does not really make a lot of sense here, but frankly, I do not want to look like an idiot there, fatty boy came in and so on… in the time everybody else is in shape). I am just thinking that this is what I would really enjoy doing, that’s because I can’t run. I would, but because of the shin splints I can’t. and then again, I want to be fully honest here and to confess that I am not really having enough motivation to do dvd’s at home. Gotta say that I did have managed to lose 60 lbs in the past by doing billy blanks about 5 or 6 days per week, however now I simply can’t get myself to do that again. but I really think that going to a place that I am paying for would really be helpful. I am thinking so because I have already lost a lot of weight when I have been going to a club in the time my kids have been young.

So well, now, in the end, in both circumstances, I think that the weight finally came off when I have quit from using the medications. the first one it has been nortriptyline and then the second time it was Seroquel. Now I have stopped from using Seroquel for approximately one week now, but I am having a very hard time sleeping, I can’t, that’s why I have tried melatonin but as I have already said it – I am getting some killer headaches. and even the ambien taken alone, I am still feeling panicked each time when I am waking up in case I do not take the Seroquel with it. I hate it. I am going to try to cut down to 50 mg of Seroquel instead of the 100 mg I have been used to take. But I have a feeling that it won’t work, that’s because I remember that I already tried doing that in the past, I took only 50 mg and I still can’t sleep so I have ended up taking another 50 mg as well. but sure thing is that I am going to try some of the ideas that I have seen here as well, I really hope that they are going to be helpful. thank you everything for all you shared.
