Practicing fitness during pregnancy is very important. I did exercises from 22 weeks to 36 weeks and I was feeling great. I also did swimming and special fitness for pregnant women in the swimming pool. It helped me with my pregnancy constipation, also my sleep improved and of course an easier labor! Also, fitness made me recover quicker and have a healthier baby.
However, no fitness worth its results, if it doesn’t balance with a healthy nutrition. I eat a lot of pomelo, as it contains a lot of folic acid that is vital for baby’s development, as well as other fruits and vegetables. I did no massage as I had some problems with my back, however, I know many pregnant mommies that practice massage during pregnancy. I would advise any pregnant women to practice fitness and eat a healthy food as it is very helpful.
