Decided to try the generic version because my insurance said that they would not cover the costs for sovaldi. Went with the Indian version. Gotta say that this is the second treatment of mine for Hepatitis. That’s why it is so expensive. The first time it has been Ribvirin with Interferon and this time around they have added the sofosbuvir. I am not sure if it’s gonna help. what I am sure is that I do not feel well. and there are so many weeks to wait. I have been told that I need a treatment of 3 months. so far only 2 weeks have passed so it means that there are 10 weeks more to go and only by thinking about it… makes me… brrrr. I am sure that I feel so bad because of sofosbuvir (Hepcvir) because as I have already said, the first treatment was only Ribvirin and Interferon and although I was not feeling perfect either – I was not feeling this low. besides the fact that this drug gives me physical side effects (which I expected that might happen) it also gave me some emotional side effects which is a completely unexpected thing. the physical side effects are that I am getting some very sharp pains where my liver is located as well as my back is very aching too. but the emotional side effects is that I am up and down always. I am developing depression and I am thinking about horrible things lately which are without any explanations. Not sure if I would resist so many weeks but I would really try. And hope this drug would help. I hope so much that it will.

I am having gen type 3 Hep C. contracted it in 2003 I guess because during that time I have been doing lots of bad things because of some bad people around me. finally stopped. Got my life in my hands but until it happened I’ve found out that I have this Hep C. anyway. tried to get some help. Initially (few years ago) been put on another drugs (won’t gonna say which ones since I’m making now another reviews) and they did helped but then later the Hep C returned. Now I’ve been recommended by my doctor to take the sofosbuvir an active ingredient which is found in both Solvadi and in the generic form of it – Hepcvir which is lower in price. read online that Hepcvir is made by an Indian Company Cipla. After a little bit of more searchings and I have found out that this is a trustable company and that’s why I decided to give it a try to this generic. Started to take it 2 weeks ago. gotta say that I am feeling somehow elevated. I don’t have side effects like pains, diarrhea or anything in this matter but I only having this “high” feeling like I have got high on something. Nothing else than this one. so far, I don’t know if it is helpful with the Hepatitis C but I really hope that it is. I have been said that I’m going to get my blood checked after I am going to finish the course (in several weeks) and after that I would be told whether I still have the Hep C or not. so far it seems that it is a fine drug, though it is too early for me to say something with certitude, I just hope that I would benefit from it.
