Enablex (darifenacin) contraindications

How to use Enablex (darifenacin)?

The recommended starting dose for adult patients is 7.5 mg per day. The dose can be increased to 15 mg per day (in case of insufficient therapeutic effect). The dose should be increased within 2 weeks after initiation of therapy (based on the patient's individual response to treatment).
Elderly patients and those with impaired renal function may not change the dose.
