When you should not use Cosopt (dorzolamide/timolol)

Cosopt (dorzolamide/timolol) is generally well tolerated. In general, systemic side effects were mild. The most frequent side effects included itching or burning sensation in the eye, corneal erosion, blurred vision, dyspnea, respiratory failure, contact dermatitis, bradycardia, heart block, nausea, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis.
