For a couple of years I was put on Remicade and then put me into remission. Because I wanted to get pregnant I had to discontinue all the medicines I have been on before. Well, I was still in remission and thanks god everything was perfectly fine but about a year ago my hip gave out so I started to search for medications again. I guess that there is no need to say that I am too young and I don’t want to have a hip surgery and that is why my RA doctor suggested me to take Rituximaub. My first dose of this Rituximaub medicine was 3 days ago and I had an unpleasant effect from it when the rate was increased. Anyway, after I have slowed down a little bit with the medicines and I took some doses of Benadryl everything was fine back again. Now, I am feeling completely fine and I am having no pains in my hip. The only thing that is disturbing me is the grogginess I am having from the Benadryl and that’s all. Besides that I am fine and this feels awesome. The doctor scheduled my second dose in about 2 weeks and I really hope that the pains would disappear for at least 6 months or so. Obviously I don’t know how this would end but my doctor said that he has good feelings about this medicine so I have to trust his feelings. Until now it proved to be a good drug so I can recommend it for everybody else.

I suffer from RA for many years and it’s been a hell for me. I was on Humira before and it was for very little help but with time it started to lose its effectiveness at all so doctors switched me to Enbrel. This one was even worse. It didn’t help me at all and in fact it only made me feel even worse. Finally, they said that I should take Rituxan and it works fantastic! Whoever is on this drug or wants to take it keep in mind: It is a long term treatment for you to start feeling changes. For me it took 4 months for this medication to start showing its potential and making me feel a lot better. Now I can do most of the things that I wasn’t able to do them before I got this drug such as simply walking. I had my last infusion few days ago and I will get another one in about less than 2 weeks and this would be the end of my second course of Rituxan. You need to wait 6 months between infusions but for me was 10 months. The drug is really good because it’s really doing its job compared to other ones even though initially I thought that this is another useless medication. Seems that I was wrong and I’m happy about that! For those who don’t know: the infusion takes around 6. There’s nothing to worry about because it is painless and I hadn’t a problem during it. Hope everyone will have at least the same results as I have.

In 2006 I was diagnosed with CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia). Took other drugs, a lot of doctors, tests and so on since then… Long story short: I first began to take Rituxan only last year in 2013 in summer. I was getting very depressed by that time because once those lymph nodes started to enlarge so my counts were doubling continuously and I thought that there’s nothing I can do about it. Initially I was getting one shot in a week for a month. Later I have decided to continue using it because I don’t really had another option. I’ve just made a change: I moved to a monthly visit. It has been about a year and a half now and my doctor has moved to a maintenance program of one use every other month because my number has dropped dramatically! To be honest to all of you I never thought that it will drop so quickly. What my doctor and I are really happy about is that I’ve not required any medicines related to chemotherapy to get about the same results I have now! Other thing what made me happy is that I never had any side effects from this drug! My doctor says that this is a miracle of no experiencing any side effects! I guess this is all thanks to Benadryl and Tylenol but I’m not sure. I take 2 of 25 mg of each before I have each infusion so maybe they are acting before the possible side effects that should be. Anyhow, I’m very pleased by now! I have absolutely no complaints!

Very useful drug, I was at stage 4 of non hodgkins lymphoma and as soon as I took Rituxan, my spleen and lymph nodes were all normal almost instantly, I felt so much relief only after first treatment, and the fluid around my lung was gone and after my 4th treatment. I am very thankful to whoever developed this drug. After 6 months I was cancer free, I had no hair loss and absolutely no negative side effects. I am cancer free now for 2 years and every few months I was taking it in order to prevent the cancer to return. In all this time I had no negative side effects either. I am up to my next shot in few weeks and I still have no symptoms of cancer after so much time. I can recommend it to everyone! It is a very useful drug, which will involve little to no side effects (due to other drugs taken along with Rituxan I was having little sleep, some kind of mild insomnia). I remember me 3 years ago and I was another person, this product saved me and changed my life to better. Rituxan is the best out there!

In 2005 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) when I was 45. Now I am 55 years old and since then my doctor prescribed me a lot of drugs such as Humeria, Methotrexate and others but none of them helped me. Later he told me to take Remicade and it worked for a while but not as nearly as it should. Thankfully, 3 weeks ago he told me about Rituxan. As soon as I took it, I had a severe reaction and the IV has stopped. They gave me a steroid shot and oxygen. It works just great! I’m very pleasant! My symptoms subsided so they restarted IV. Since then I am feeling just fine. I’m getting the next dose in few days and I hope the results will be the same because it is very helpful with RA pains I had. I’m finally starting to feel better and better and a little bit more active. I can finally do all the physical works I need to do. Lucky me that I found this drug and I can keep now my pains under control because for the last few years I was ready to do almost anything just to get rid of the inflammation and that unsupportable pain! I still have a few headaches but they are nothing compared to what I used to endure. Little to no side effects at all. With other words, I recommend this drug and hopefully it is going to work at least as it worked for me.
