Minocin dosage

The initial dose for children older than 8 years is 4 mg/kg of body weight, and then - 2 mg/kg of body weight every 12 hours. The therapy should be continued for at least 24-48 hours after the disappearance of symptoms.

The initial dose for syphilis is 0.2 g and then - 0.1 g every 12 hours for 10-15 days. Treatment duration in gonorrhea is not less than 7 days.
