Side effects of Parlodel

Possible side effects:

Dermatologic and allergic reactions: hair loss, skin manifestations.

Central and peripheral nervous system: vertigo, drowsiness, headache; rarely - hallucinations, confusion, movement disorders, psychomotor agitation, psychotic disorders, insomnia, paresthesia, drowsiness; very rarely - excessive daytime sleepiness, increased libido.

Respiratory system: nasal congestion; rarely - shortness of breath, pleural effusion, pulmonary fibrosis.

Cardiovascular system: orthostatic hypotension; rarely - tachycardia, constrictive pericarditis, arrhythmias, pericardial effusion, bradycardia; very rarely - hypothermia (especially in patients with Raynaud's phenomenon), fibrosis of the heart valves.

Musculoskeletal system: leg cramps.
