After that patients should take 1 capsule once daily with water or milk. In severe disease the doctor may increase the dose or change the regimen plan. The length of treatment is 7-10 days.

The recommended dosage for syphilis is 300 mg daily for 10 days. The recommended dosage for gonorrhea is 100 mg 2 times a day for 2-4 days. The recommended dosage for gonorrheal urethritis in men is 300 mg (single dose). The recommended dosage for acne is 50 mg (daily, for 6-12 weeks).
