Antivirals & Antiretrovirals

Antivirals are used for treating viral infections including influenza. Antivirals include Anti-herpesvirus agents (Aciclovir, Docosanol, Cidofovir, Famciclovir), Anti-influenza agents (Amantadine, Peramivir, Rimantadine, Oseltamivir, Zanamivir), Antiretroviral drugs prevent the growth of the HIV virus and others, they include (Tenofovir, Lamivudine, Emtricitabine, Efavirenz).
