I placed an order using a CC and i received a call within seconds to process my order. I was told id receive my tracking info within 5-7 days. I emailed them at day 5 and said "am i to expect my tracking # in the next few days?"...they emailed me back telling me my order was processed ( Which i already knew ) , and that they'd email me within the next few days with my tracking info. Days past , and on day 11 i emailed them again telling them either they give me my tracking info or cancel my order....I got NO response. They had an 800 number which was for customer support , which of COURSE just rang and rang no matter what time you tried calling. I immediately called my CC company and reversed the charge and put a block on them. PLEASE , do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND FOR GOD SAKES....DO NOT TRANSFER THEM ANY MONEY THRU W.U. ETC. ....I do not want to see anybdy get scammed by these pieces of dog excrement.
