They have mentioned that their mission is to make healthcare understandable, accessible and affordable. They have shared the names of the key people of this pharmacy and the names of their investors. Plus they claim to have some awards and recognition: NHP India; m-Billionth award for m-Health in South Asia and also Finalist in e-health category at Manthan Award - Asia Pacific - In partnership with Government of India. Plus to this, they claim that at their pharmacies you can also do some lab tests as well. This pharmacy claims to have social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. So far all of this sounds good.

People on this online pharmacy can find medications that they need by using the searching function to search for either the drug’s name and the health products. However, their medications are also being categorized by health condition, there are different medications for such conditions as: stomach care, diabetes care, menopause, liver care, mental wellness, kidney care, pain relief and others. With this being said, I can assume that the selection of medications on this online pharmacy is pretty wide. In fact, there are not only medications but there are also other products such as condoms, massagers, oils, diapers and others. I have used the search function to search for ED medications and I did found Cialis made by the company *Lupin Ltd*, Levitra made by DD pharmaceuticals or Allenge India (but their tablets are strange since usual Levitra is 20 mg while here Levitra is 250-500 mg. only Viagra that I found I have been familiar with: Viagra by Pfizer but no generics. To give example of prices (all the prices are in Indian Rupee and I found out the price in USD with the help of google) I can say that the price per tablet of 50 mg Viagra by Pfizer is 411 Indian Rupee and that’s 6.32 USD per tablet. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any other information about shipping like what’s the fee or shipping time since there’s no such information on FAQ page and no *shipping page*. That’s because the shipping fee is calculated *As per delivery address*. Also on their FAQ page I was not able to find any information about what payment methods they accept.

To get in touch with this online pharmacy, I can assume, can be done by using their social media pages where you could write them and assumingly they would write back. But except for their social media, you cannot see any other methods to get in touch with the pharmacy. or at least, if you click on *need help?* (since there’s no contact page) you’re being asked to login. That’s all strange to my opinion.

While searching for customer reviews online I have found some reviews on different sources which is very good because with the help of these reviews I would be able to make a conclusion. I have also found employee reviews but I’m not very interested in them, at least not as I am in the customer reviews. According to mouthshut.com there are 155 reviews but the average rate of those reviews is 2 out of 5. There’s also complaintboard.in with people who complained on such things as: delay in delivery, products missing in customers’ delivery and no refund back and the worst: cash deducted from bank but order not received. There are also some positive reviews either, but as much as it seems, most of the reviews were negative with people describing many negative experiences with 1mg.com and that’s not a good thing.
Conclusion
As much as it seems, according to customer reviews, most people have received their ordered products and this means the pharmacy should be reliable. Nevertheless, there are still people who got scammed because they paid and never received anything or there are people who got missed products in their delivery and there are others who said that their products never worked. I don’t like playing Russian Roulette game when purchasing medications online that’s why I rate 1mg.com with 3 out of 5 saying that it is not too safe to purchase drugs here.
